It has a 2-piece design that allows for the inner frame to be mounted to the foundation. After the frame is in place, the cover is then secured to the frame. This allows for easy access to the foundation vent if it needs opened or closed. Each box of 12 comes with 3 tapcon bits, tapcon screws, and all the screws for attaching the cover to the frame.
