With over 20 years of experience, Marinn Bengel joined the FORSHAW Leadership Team in 2016 as the Director of Human Resources.
Prior to FORSHAW, Marinn ran her own Executive Coaching and Human Capital Consulting practice, with a focus in the areas of strategy, vision, human resources, business development, fundraising, change and conflict. Throughout her career, Marinn has held a variety of positions including: Human Resources Director, Marketing Coordinator, Major Account Sales Representative and Special Projects/Events Coordinator at a 500-employee food distributor. Additionally, Marinn has served on and consulted with over 20 different boards for non-profits.

Kevin Moran has over 45 years of Pest Control experience. He began as a County Mosquito Control Superintendent, became a self-employed Pest Control Operator, then moved into a sales role and is now FORSHAW’s Technical Trainer. In this role, he will lead a variety of FORSHAW training classes.
While Kevin's passion is learning and educating, he is eager and ready to share his knowledge and years of experience in the industry.
